The National Competitiveness Center's Public Consultation Platform, Istitlaa, has put forward 76 projects related to economic and development affairs. The General Authority of Zakat & Tax (GAZT) is seeking public feedback on a new regulatory framework titled 'Updating the Rules for Practicing the Profession of Customs Clearance.' The project aims to document the relevant policies, regulations, and legislation related to the customs clearance profession via a series of steps upon the goods' arrival to the customs office, whether for importing, exporting, or remaining in transit. Public consultation on this project will remain open until September 27, 2025.
The Transport General Authority is seeking public feedback on three new regulatory frameworks titled 'Amendments to Railway Law,' 'Amendments to Postal Law,' and 'Amendments to the Maritime Commercial System.'
